The Association of Psychiatrists of Serbia organized the first international conference “Serbian Psychiatric Days” on November 1st and 2nd, 2024, in Belgrade, at the “Mona Plaza” hotel, with the theme “Aggression and its Faces.” This event brought together prominent experts from the country and the region, providing a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, and the latest research achievements. Some of the notable speakers included Prof. Thomas Schulze, Prof. Konstantinos N. Fountoulakis, Prof. Meryam Schouler Ocak, Academician Dušica Lečić Toševski, Academician Dragan Babić, Prof. Marijana Braš, Prof. Darko Marčinko, Prof. Bonevski, and others.

Over the two days, around 350 participants attended the conference, interactively exchanging knowledge and experiences in psychotherapeutic, biological, domestic, and regional sessions. The Association unanimously voted to organize the conference annually, marking the first event as the beginning of what is hoped to be a beautiful tradition.
