The 42nd Educational Symposium of the Clinic of psychiatry, Clinical Center of Serbia, was held in Belgrade, coinciding with the 90th was held in the Great Hall of the Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment on October 9-10, 2014. The guiding theme of the Symposium was bioethics and psychiatry.

The professional part of the Symposium included presentations from eminent international and domestic experts, covering several sections that addressed various aspects of ethical issues and dilemmas in contemporary psychiatry and related disciplines. This was an opportunity for psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, medical residents, and all others involved in mental health protection to exchange ideas and skills within our field, which is always full of challenges and open questions.
