Assembly
The Assembly consists of all members of the Association. Each member, upon signing the membership declaration or paying the membership fee, may sign a statement authorizing one of the members of the Executive Board to represent them in the Assembly in the event they are unable to attend in person.
Executive Board of the Association
The Executive Board is the executive body of the Association. It consists of six members, who are prominent experts in the field of psychiatry. The members of the Executive Board are:
Council of the Association
The Council is the advisory body of the Association. The members of the Council are former presidents of the Executive Board and former General Secretaries of the Association.
The mission of UPS is to regulate the professional competence of its members, as well as the quality of treatment of persons with mental disorders and the protection of their rights.
